Music-On-Hold
• Music is available when waiting to connect to the PABX, from the UMB software computer

Weather Forecast
• Allows current weather conditions and the weather forecast for the day to be heard.

    • through external hotel software (PMS)
    • through the Voice Center configuration screen
    • through a prerecorded voice file.

Programming via E-mail
• Emails can be used to/for:
    • change voice files (except for system ones)
    • consult the database
    • database changes
    • register the caller’s number
• Confirmation is also sent by email

PBX Programming
• UMB Hotel Informatec ecan program the PABX, for example, to unblock the extension when a guest checks in, show a guest’s name when he calls reception, assign DID number (Direct Inward Dialing) to the extension etc., through:

Express Recovery via Cloud

• All the configuration parameters are automatically stored, including voice and fax messages, in the Informatec Cloud (or a network hard drive).
• Should reinstallation on another computer be required, the recovery of previously saved data is automatic and does not require any software reconfiguration.

Redundancy in SIP Connections

• Whenever the connection to the PBX is done via SIP, it is possible to automatically register to a second PBX (redundancy) in case of failure of the main PBX.
• As soon as the main PBX returns to operate, reconnection to it is automatic.

Embedded Call Accounting

• Embedded hospitality call accounting, which does not require the installation of an external call accounting.
• Integrated to the PMS for automatic posting of the telephone calls made by the extensions of guests and events.

Pre-paid Telephony

• Allows phone calls to be released from pre-existing credits.
• The value of each call is calculated according to the number dialed.
• If the connection is disconnected before all credits have been consumed, credit balance is automatically updated.
• If credits expire during the connection it is automatically terminated.

Telemonitoring

• PCDUO Hotel Informatec can be telemonitored, based on a monthly subscription, so that anomalies, such as an extension cable coming loose, the HD being almost full, guests not answering the wakeup call, 100% channel occupation, etc., can be detected immediately.
• This is done without requiring a direct external connection to the computer, thus avoiding compromising the security of the data network.

Multi-countries Version
• Software is presented in international versions:
